Chelsea Crowell is a writer, musician, advocate, and educator. Born and raised in Nashville, Chelsea grew up in a musical family and soon started writing, recording, and playing music. After years of touring and recording she began the transition of working as a musician to working for musicians. Since 2015 she has worked with and for the Artist Rights Alliance to educate, organize and mobilize musicians to not only understand their rights but to be able to speak confidently about the issues that affect their livelihood. Chelsea and Erin McAnally run Ersea Collective, a consultancy focused on communications, education, and content creation in and around the arts, social justice initiatives, and non-profit organizations.Chelsea lives in Nashville with her husband, who is also a musician.
