Elena Ferguson

A native of Nashville, TN, Elena Ferguson received her bachelor of arts in sociology with an African-American Studies Concentration from the College of the Holy Cross in 2017 and her juris doctorate from Belmont University College of Law in 2020. Elena currently serves as the If/When/How Reproductive Justice Policy Fellow at Healthy & Free Tennessee, focusing on proactive reproductive-justice centered legislation.
